Foodie "Cinnamon balls"

Good morning! Time for a brand new baking post. It has been a while but I've been baking a lot the last few weeks so be ready for more. I made these cinnamon balls last week. They are perfect for a high tea or just as a little snack. Here we go!

Ingredients dough balls:
- 250 grams of soft butter
- 165 grams of crystal sugar
- 375 grams of flour
- 25 grams of almonds
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- a knifepoint of salt

For the cinnamon cover:
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of crystal sugar

Preheat your oven at 190 degrees Celsius.
Mix the butter and sugar in a big bowl to a airy mass.
Sift the flower, soda, nutmeg above the mass. Add the almonds and mix it with a large spoon till you've got a solid dough.
Wrap the dough in foil and place it in the fridge for about an hour.
Get your dough out of the fridge. Scoop one tablespoon of dough and make little balls out of it.
Cover the dough balls with the cinnamon/sugar mix and place them on your baking sheet.
Place the cinnamon balls in the oven for 10-12 minutes and let them cool down on the baking sheet.
And here they are. Yummy little cinnamon balls. Enjoy!

P.s. Don't forget to enter my giveaway here. It's the last day!
